NEW BEER RELEASING
FRIDAY, JULY 19th
Later this week, we're excited to bring you two exciting new releases. This year's vintage of award-winning TC Peche is probably the peachiest version we've released yet, sourcing fruit from local Olson Family Farms in Salem, Oregon.
Horchata Cream Ale is the first in a series brewed on our 7-barrel Pub system from a recipe one of our brewers submitted. Horchata comes from J Pascoe, who developed the recipe initially while completing the Brewing and Fermentation Science Certificate Program at the University of The Sciences in Philadelphia, PA. With the opportunity here, J had the chance to develop the idea further, and we can't wait for everyone to try it.

Peche is made up of select 18-month-old barrels that are blended onto 1000 pounds of mixed Suncrest and Elberta peaches, and aged an additional 8 months.
