Coming Soon:
30th Anniversary Grand Cru
To celebrate our 30th Anniversary, we're releasing a beer that's been about five years in the making. This Grand Cru, a Double Barrel Imperial Stout, is a toast to the community we've worked to build through our passion for beer and represents the quality and innovation we've remained committed to for three decades.
In the beer world, Grand Cru can have a couple of meanings. For us, Grand Cru is a blend of some of our most cherished beers, with the hope of delivering one that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Our 30th Anniversary Grand Cru is a culmination of our most ambitious endeavors in barrel aged beer. At the core, it's our Commitment Imperial Stout, which we aged in a variety of different bourbon and whiskey barrels for different durations – between two and four years. The barrels were then blended into sweet and fortified wine barrels: Madeira, Tokaji, and Tawny Port for additional aging. Finally, these barrels were blended a second time to create our Grand Cru.
The final beer, coming in at 16.8% ABV, is an homage to opulence - something truly special to commemorate 30 years of brewing superb beer.
Starting Monday, June 10, our 30th Anniversary Grand Cru will be available in individual 12 oz bottles at grocery and liquor stores and on draft at select bars and restaurants.

Single Barrel Tour Box Set
While all that blending produces a fantastic Grand Cru, perhaps you'd like to enjoy a deconstructed version of this special release. For that, our 30th Anniversary Single Barrel Tour Box Set, takes you on a journey to before the final blend, allowing you to enjoy the flavors of each individual barrel.
These Single Barrel Imperial Stout variants were aged in a variety of different bourbon and whiskey barrels for different durations – between two and four years - before additional aging in Madeira, Tokaji, and Port Barrels. You can expect a different flavor profile from each of these 16.8% ABV beers.
The Madeira variant begins with accents of oak and plum, followed by a soft-sweet, maple syrup and toffee finish. Tokaji, a Hungarian dessert wine, invokes notes of candied fig, chocolate covered cherries, vanilla, and golden raisins. The Port barrels showcase notes of tart cherry, honey graham cracker, and toasted coconut.
These Single Barrel variants are only available in this special release box set. Supplies are limited and will not be available in stores. Each box set contains one 12 oz bottle of each variant.
