This morning I have a new
collaboration beer coming from
Jester King in Austin
TX.
This is
All Y’all n’ Co. and it will be a young beer blend co-fermented with Aglianico grapes from
William Chris Vineyards in Hye, TX. The blend is aged for 1-year in oak barrels and bottle conditioned to get to 10.2%-AbV. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and stay tuned for
release details.
