LATE FALL BOTTLE RELEASE EVENTS 2023
Our annual Late Fall Bottle Release is just around the corner. This year, we’re hosting two different events to celebrate - more information below. Bottles will be available for sale at each of our locations starting on Saturday, November 4th. Limits will be in effect, and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Brewers Dinner
November 3rd, 2023 at 6pm @ our Downtown Pub
Be the first to receive these limited-run bottles before they’re available to the public. You’ll have a guaranteed allotment and a chance to talk with our brewers about how the beers were made. The dinner will consist of a 4-course meal paired with each bottle release, with a menu curated by our Executive Chef, Sarah. More details to come as the event gets closer.

Guided Pairings
November 4th, 2023 from 11am - 2pm @ our Southtown Tap Room & Brewery
Join us for a guided tasting with our brewers and staff with specialty pairings at our Southtown Taproom and Production Facility. Each release will be paired with a complementary small bite created by our Executive Chef. To participate, a 4-bottle minimum pre-purchase is required, guaranteeing you get your hands on these limited bottles.

A blend of Belgian-inspired imperial stouts matured for one and two years in freshly-emptied bourbon barrels. Deep, dark, and decadent, our strongest offering blended once a year.
Imagine "Chocolate Hazelnut" Edition
Belgian-Style Imperial Stout Matured in Bourbon Barrels with Cocoa Nibs, Hazelnuts, and Vanilla • 14.50%
Are you a Filbert or a Hazelnut person? Anyone sitting on the fence can ponder this universal question while experiencing waves of sweet, earthy hazelnuts, rich chocolate, and decadent vanilla. This Belgian-inspired stout was matured in bourbon barrels for one to two years before being introduced to this delectable trio.
Figgy Pudding
English-Style Barleywine Matured in Brandy Barrels with Spice • 11.00%
Our yearly holiday offering is brewed with specialty malts, blackstrap molasses, steeped with Ceylon cinnamon and nutmeg and matured in freshly emptied brandy barrels. The perfect beer to share with friends and family around a cozy fireplace or celebration.
Framboise Claret
Wild Golden Ale Matured with Black and Red Raspberries • 7.80%
This celebration of the locally grown black cap and red raspberries features a blend of spontaneously fermented wild ales matured over a year in oak barrels and conditioned on NW fruit. Striking berry character with a tart and fruity balance.

Sticky Hands: Turkey's Pick
Available November 3rd
Using hop blend "Turkey's Pick" from Hop Revolution in New Zealand and PNW Crosby Hops with our Sticky Hands base. Expect loads of resin-dipped citrus and tropical fruit notes to share for the start of turkey season.
