The Bruery Adding Strange Case Of Dr. Elijah And Mr Cacao, Pass The Yams & Pet-ReuxToday I have some exciting new 2023 Edition bottles coming soon from The Bruery in Placentia, CA.  

Strange Case Of Dr. Elijah And Mr. Cacao will be a Bourbon barrel-aged (Monster Stout base aged in 18-year Elijah Craig Bourbon barrels for 12-months) imperial stout with powdered cacao and freeze-fried cacao (16.6%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles. I’ve also added in Pass The Yams barrel-aged (Wild Turkey & Brandy barrel-aged Anniversary Ale) old ale with yams, vanilla, maple sugar, spices (cinnamon, allspice, ginger and nutmeg), brown sugar and maple flavor (16.5%-AbV, 750ml bottles) & Pet-Reux rare Champagne barrel-aged imperial sour ale with Chardonnay grapes and rose hips (12.1%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles, Bruery Terreux).
