Temperance Beer Releasing Scarce Goods

Something special happens when you take the best things about a lager and mash that with the best parts of an IPA. That special something is our Scarce Goods Cold IPA. First, you'll note the tropical aromas of papaya and passionfruit thanks to the Omega Yeast Thiolized® Lunar Crush lager strain as well as the Mosaic and NZH-214 dry hopping. Then you'll notice the body is just right, and somehow the finish is both smooth like an ale and crisp like a lager. A whisper of bitterness and the 5.3% alc/vol seals the deal. Yes, this is your new favorite beer and it's available tomorrow at noon. Plus, our friends from Tacos Las Manitas will be serving up delicious homemade tacos to pair with your pint from 4-8 pm.
