This is Mango Smoothie Sour and it will be a kettle sour ale with mango, lactose sugar and vanilla. The beer will be part of the Artful Funk Series and it will roll in at 4.4%-AbV. You’re looking at the 12oz bottle and stay tuned for release info. Rum Barrel-Aged Coquito | 13.9% ABV

Inspired by the classic Puerto Rican holiday drink, this imperial cream ale is made with coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, lactose sugar, and aged inside Caribbean rum barrels.

Whiskey Barrel-Aged Last Buffalo in the Park | 11.3% ABV

This whisky barrel-aged imperial version of our Last Snow porter is a rich, thick, decadent treat! Pitch black and viscous, it’s elevated with notes of coconut and fresh roasted coffee.

Take flight! Our newest year-round release is on the horizon.

Cosmic Journey is a spaced-out, hazy IPA that takes your taste buds on a galactic voyage through super-dank, tropical flavors of citrus and stone fruit. Late addition hops lends low bitterness while flaked oats imparts a smooth, round mouthfeel. Can six-packs and draft of this astronomical ale will be landing at retailers across Florida in early March.

Cosmic Journey Launch Party

We’re celebrating the release of Cosmic Journey Hazy IPA with a far-out launch party at the tap room on Saturday, March 9th with pop-punk jams from Live From 05, six-packs to-go, samples, and giveaways. We’ll also be releasing our new Spring Seasonal More Moro Blood Orange Hazy IPA.

Vibin’ Lager has a crisp new look with a fresh flavor profile to match! Smooth, refreshing, and groovy, this golden-pale lager is brewed with pilsner and biscuit-y German malt. We turned up the herbal and floral aromatics by dry-hopping the beer with a harmonious blend of noble hops.

Keep the good vibes flowing by trying out this new brew. Six-pack are now hitting shelves across the state of Florida!

Perfection stands another year! Bottles of Undefeated Saison will be available in the taproom on Sunday, November 24th.

In the summer of 1972, Miami’s own football team began a campaign of perfection that no other organization had ever achieved. Undefeated Saison is made in honor of that legendary team. This unique, Belgian-style ale is brewed with grape must, aged in Chardonnay barrels, and bottle conditioned with Champagne yeast. Every year when the last undefeated pro team falls, we release this beer and send it to the head coach that beat the team. One bottle to celebrate. One bottle to sign and send back to the brewery. Afterward, we release Undefeated Saison in the tap room to the very thirsty Miami fan base. When the last team loses, we all win!

The Story

The story goes that each year, after the last of the undefeated pro football teams falls, members of the 1972 squad all raise a glass of bubbly in unison to toast their still-unmatched achievement. We sought to create a beer suitable for that legendary and oft-discussed toast. And so, we came up with Undefeated Saison – a crisp and refreshing French countryside ale brewed with grape must and champagne yeast. The saison yeast creates a dry, crisp character while the grape must add a touch of wine-like fruitiness. We bottled this beer in 750ml wine bottles and conditioned it naturally in the bottle with additional champagne yeast to create a beer that drinks, quite literally, like some fine bubbly.
