Today I have some new beers coming from The Bruery and Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA.
Scoops On Dunn will be a double Bourbon barrel-aged (All The Cows 19-months & 23-month Black Tuesday) imperial stout with coffee, vanilla, cacao powder, dulce de leche and English toffee. The beer will be collaboration with Scoops On Tap Super Epic Ice Cream and it will use their iconic Coffee Stout caramel Crunch ice-cream (19.1%-AbV, 2023 Edition, 375ml bottles). I’ve also added in Bruery Terreux Cassaheim oak barrel-aged (24-months) spontaneously-fermented sour ale with black currants that hits 6/6%-AbV (2023 Edition, 750ml bottles).
