Starting with the cherries and honey you already love, we aged Elf on cacao nibs and vanilla. Then, after fermentation, we added more Bing, Lambert, Van, Royal Ann and Montmorency cherries, bestowing a frothy, market-fresh juiciness. Fall madly in love with notes of a luscious bon bon.
