The trio of sips du saison include the Martini au Caramel, Dorda Sea Salt Caramel Liqueur briskly shaken with imported French vodka and served up with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream; Grog Chaud, a twist on a hot toddy, made with 30-day house-aged bourbon, organic agave nectar and a fresh lemon wedge in hot water; and the Carajillo is a combination of Licor 43 and freshly brewed espresso, served chilled over a frozen coffee cube and garnished with a cinnamon stick.
