We stuffed this unbelievably tasty TIPA with ridiculous amounts of Citra & Citra cryo hops, and topped that off with an extremely generous amount of Nelson. What resulted is a haze-beast of the highest caliber, with mouthwatering notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and white wine wrapped in a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel.

BRAIN VACATION - CRANBERRY RASPBERRY LIME
Our massively refreshing gose is back! This time featuring a Cran-Rasp-Lime twist, loaded with tons of awesome fruit flavors, and belied by its hella-sessionable ABV and modest calories. MT COFFEE CAKE: APPLE STREUSEL
This is an ode to the breakfast pastry that we all love- A blend of imperial stouts aged in Maple Barrels and Apple Brandy Barrels for a whopping 24 to 29 months then we added Coconut, Ugandan and Madagascar Vanilla, Cinnamon and Dark Roast Coffee. It’s a really nice tribute to the sweet morning delight, with a restrained amount of cinnamon and a truly enormous amount of coconut.
It’s all great together.

MODEM TONES: SALTED CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE EDITION
We aged this magical mélange of imperial stouts for 14 months to 2.5 years. Then we added Sea Salt, Sliced Toasted Almonds, Mexican and Sri Lankan Vanilla beans, and a perfectly even mix of Mexican and Peruvian Cocoa Nibs. It’s a rich, complex liquid confection, inspired by the Salted Truffle with a bit of Almondy goodness mixed in.

Zambia Kateshi Extended Fermentation
Region: Northern Province | Farm: Kateshi Estate | Process: Extended Fermentation with Lactic Acid & Yeast
Why are we excited about this coffee? This coffee underwent extended fermentation with lactic acid and yeast starter cultures, resulting in enhanced sweetness and nuanced flavors. The Kateshi Estate has led the way for post-harvest experimental processing, including this extended fermentation process.
Thailand Doi Inthanon
Region: Chiang Mai | District: Chom Thong | Village: Doi Inthanon | Process: Natural
Why are we excited about this coffee? This is our second time bringing in coffee from Thailand Doi Inthanon and we are really excited to do so (our first time was in 2020). A group called The Integrated Tribal Development Foundation began working with coffee farmers in the Chom Thong District to help develop infrastructure in the area.
Java Argopuro
Region: Tlogosari, East Java | Cooperative: Walida Cooperative | Process: Anaerobic Natural
Why are we excited about this coffee? This unique anaerobic processing is done by placing the coffee in sealed tanks that are pressurized to force the juices and sugars into the bean, resulting in a vibrant and unique coffee!

- All items have a 60-day pickup window ending on 1/16/2023.
- Pickups will begin on 11/16 in San Diego & Encinitas.
- Reservations in CA are not required, but are highly recommended, and can be FOUND HERE. You only need 1 pickup reservation, regardless of how many purchased orders you have. Reservations are helpful if you want a quick pick up or are proxying for several people.
