With cooler temperatures, we have a new Speedway to help bring the tropical and warmer vibes for the season. Originally created for our Speedway Grand Prix event in our Tasting Room, Speedway Stout Hawaiian Edition features coconut added multiple times during the brewing process, Madagascar Vanilla beans, and locally roasted Hawaiian coffee. This beer balances the intensely rich, fruity flavors of the vanilla and coconut with the roast of the coffee and the chocolate and caramel flavors of our imperial stout.
Available now in our Tasting Room and hitting shelves and taps nationwide throughout the next couple weeks. Don't miss out on this special version of Speedway Stout!

Beer Style: Imperial Stout Brewed with Toasted Coconut and Mostra Philippine Heritage Coffee aged in Bourbon and Rye Whiskey Barrels. In collaboration with Weathered Souls, Kapeng Buko (Tagalog for coconut coffee) this massive stout was aged for almost 2 years in Bourbon and Rye barrels and finished with toasted coconut and Mostra Philippine Heritage coffee.
BASS: Mexican Hot Chocolate Edition
Beer Style: Speedway Stout Brewed with Mexican Muxbal Estate Coffee, Mexican Cacao Nibs from Nibble, Cinnamon, Hatch Chili Peppers, and Madagascar Vanilla aged 7 years in Tequila Barrels. This Barrel-Aged Speedway is assertive up front with barrel character and chilis, but once warmed up all the flavors come together with deep chocolate, creamy vanilla, and spice.
Barrel-Aged Blended Strong Ale
Beer Style: Blend of Strong Ales aged in Port, Rye, Sherry, and Bourbon Barrels.
This blend of strong ales includes a Braggot aged in Port barrels, English Barleywine aged in Rye Whiskey barrels, Speedway aged in Sherry barrels, and Oatwine aged in 16-year Bourbon barrels. A plethora of barrel and base beer flavors without adjuncts.
