What do you get when you combine a beer rooted in tradition with a burst of innovation? An incredibly unique (and delicious) beer. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Oud Beersal, Le Terroir Green Walnut is a blend of our dry-hopped sour ale with a one-of-a-kind Lambic beer.
"This is one of those beers that every step of the way someone was doing something very intentional," Lauren Limbach, New Belgium Wood Cellar Director and Blender, said. "If you didn't know better, you'd think people have always put green walnuts in Lambic beers."
