Now You Can Send Handwritten Notes Without Lifting a Pen–Handwrytten.com

If you ask anyone under the age of 18 or so, they probably are more comfortable writing e-Mail than writing a note by hand. If you realize how little cursive writing people do these days, you’ll soon realize that handwritten letters are becoming a lost art.

Did you ever wish you could send handwritten cards without having to write the note yourself? How about sending hundreds of handwritten notes without lifting a pen? Of course we’ve all thought the same thing, but now Handwrytten.com allows you to rediscover the lost art of handwritten letters and cards.

Just think about how easy it is to write and send a simple e-Mail. Now imagine how cool it would be to send out hundreds of handwritten notes just as easily as sending an e-Mail…and this will give you some idea of what Handwrytten.com can do. But before you picture a room full of people writing your notes, try instead to picture a room full of robotic handwriting machines…and that would be Handwrytten.com.

The patented robots can handle up to 1,000 notes a day and each one looks like you took the time to pen it yourself. The paper is real and even the robotic pens themselves are real, so of course the results are amazing. If that’s not cool enough, Handwrytten.com can also create authentic handwritten envelopes AND even mail your letters.

Before you ask, the pricing is reasonable with bulk discounts and business pricing plans and Handwrytten.com also offer subscriptions to save you even more. If you’re using Handwrytten.com for your business, keep in mind that they also integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot and over 1000 apps via Zapier and Integromat. If you want, you can also take it a step further and include a gift card (from $5 to $200) with your notes.image

Of course I had to test it out with a friend planning a wedding and, I can say the resulting Save-The Date cards, Wedding Invitations and even thank you cards from Handwrytten.com looked great. The process to design the cards and input the text was seamless and each card and envelope came out great. I can confirm that there are no Handwrytten.com logos on the cards, the stamps are real, the return address is real and the only thing you may notice is that the post mark is from Phoenix Arizona.

The Save-The Date card mock-up looked great and the Wedding Invitations can be specified to include a custom insert RSVP card (which Handwrytten.com can do) and they can also mimic your own handwriting and signature if you’d like.image

The Thank You notes came out even better and it was really cool how you can personalize the notes to even include the details of the gifts your wedding guests gave you. The resulting notes looked great and you simply can’t tell they’re not personally written.

I should also note that Handwrytten.com also has resources for business to use their services with topics like “How to improve your 2022 direct mail campaign”, “When to send card for different occasions”, “Top 9 things to know about business Thank-You cards” and “Direct mail in 2022: Tips for success.”  These articles give you common sense advice for making better use of Handwrytten.com if you’re using it for your business.

Overall I was really impressed by Handwrytten.com and the quality of the handwritten notes they can create. Now more than ever it is easy to send handwritten cards.  Add in all of the other available options and I think they’ve hit on a really good idea and a really usable service. Be sure to try out Handwrytten.com for yourself and you’ll see what I mean.
