Today I have a new “commitment” coming soon from Saint Arnold Brewing in Houston, TX. This is Vanilla & Toasted Coconut Barrel-Aged Commitment and it will be an imperial stout aged with vanilla and toasted coconut. Commitment Imperial Stout
We want you to completely destroy your Dry January by embracing Fat February and indulging in some of the biggest and best special release beers you've ever had (and we've ever brewed).
Begin, if you will, with Commitment. For this imperial stout, we push our limits. We start by brewing an immense, rich imperial stout with massive amounts of flavor and aromatic qualities. After fermentation, the beer rests for three months before a tasteful amount of Madagascar vanilla beans is added for an extra layer of complexity.
Commitment is back again, and it will be available in four packs of 12 oz bottles starting Monday, February 7. It will also be available on tap at select spots around town. Here are a couple we know of:

These beers are available now for presale via the link below through Saturday, February 5 or while supplies last. Monday, February 7 from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM is the only day available for pickup. Orders not picked up on this day will be refunded and made available to the public.
If any quantities remain after this presale, they will be made available for purchase at our Beer Garden & Restaurant beginning Tuesday, February 8.
