Today I have a new bottle coming from The Ale Apothecary in Bend, OR. This is Sahalie and it will be a wild ale with lilac flowers, Mecca Grade Estate barley and Goschie Farms Cascade hops that is aged in oak barrels and bottle-fermented with honey. The beer will hit 9.85%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle (301 bottles).
