Captain Pabst Pilot House Closing Permanently In Milwaukee

From Pabst:

We’re sad to announce that Captain Pabst Pilot House will be closing its doors for good. Our last day of operation will be December 20.

This has been an extremely difficult year for all hospitality and tourism businesses, the Pilot House included. Given the state of the industry, the hard decision was made to close effective December 21, 2020.

We’ve loved our time in Milwaukee running a taproom, event space and brewery on the grounds of the original complex, building new connections in the city that started it all. That being said, our brewing operations are relocating to Pabst Brewing Company’s new headquarters in San Antonio, and we’re confident that great things lie ahead!

We’re making the best of the next few weeks we have to spend with everyone!

Our hours aren’t changing. Our kitchen will operate as normal. All events on our calendar are moving ahead. We look forward to seeing everyone for a (socially distanced) pint and to say goodbye to the space we’ve called home.

Prost,

The Captain Pabst Pilot House team
