From The Bruery:
It's just about that time of year again. After over a year of resting in bourbon barrels, Black Tuesday is almost ready to be unleashed upon the world. Although 2020 has come with unprecedented events, Tuesdays remain… Timeless. One day a year, the public gets access to our massive bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. Last year it didn't even last the full day and sold out.

The Bruery Tasting Room
Public
In celebration of the upcoming Black Tuesday release, the general public gets special limited-time access to select draft Black Tuesday treatments - typically reserved for members.
- Black Tuesday (2019) - After 10 years of Tuesdays, we think it's safe to say, Black Tuesday stands the test of time. Our flagship bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout provides roaring notes of vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, and singed oak to name a few — into a decadent, sophisticated fusion that's fit to claim its own day of the week. #BT10
- S'more BBLs - This member-exclusive beer is one of the world’s highest ABV sour beers; and was conceptualized as a Bruery Terreux homage to our tradition of brewing high gravity, barrel-aged stouts. This big, viscous sour beer is a carefully crafted blend of Tart of Darkness & Black Tuesday, aged with marshmallow, graham crackers, cacao nib, and vanilla. Inspired by the the flavors of the gooey, decadent campfire dessert with which it shares its name. One sip will have you asking for… s’more.
Hoarders & Reserve Exclusive
- Sweet Magnolias - Sweet Magnolias was first conceived as a tiny-batch treatment for our 2016 Black Tuesday party. This imperial stout was aged in bourbon barrels with bananas, Madagascar vanilla beans, and vanilla wafers to mimic the all too familiar flavors of mama’s homemade banana pudding.
The rest of the Black Tuesday Box (2020) beers are available too. - Black Tuesday Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout - Finished in Maple Syrup Barrels - Unique from other maple projects in that this flavor is solely an exploration of wood. Already aged in bourbon barrels for a year, we then laid this massive imperial stout to rest in maple syrup barrels for additional aging. With over three years spent in barrels, we found the maple flavors to be big, bold, and sticky. Enjoy!
The rest of the Virtual box beers are available too.
Hoarders, Reserve, & Preservation Exclusive
- Black Tuesday (2020) - Black Tuesday was crafted to stand the test of time— to evolve, develop, and mature. One could even say that Tuesdays are Timeless. Aged in choice bourbon barrels for over a year, developing complexity and flavors like nothing you’ve tasted before. Roaring notes of crème brûlée, and poached fig are interlaced with hints of malted milk balls and Australian licorice— dancing into a decadent, sophisticated fusion that’s fit to claim its own day of the week.

- Black Tuesday Super Cacao Pilot - A Tasting Room exclusive, this Black Tuesday pilot was loaded with cacao nibs for a dark and decadent finish.
- Chocolate Rain (2019) - Chocolate Rain began as a single cask of beer at our very first release event for Black Tuesday back in 2009. Now this beer sings and stands on its own. Chocolate Rain will age gracefully if cellared properly, but the notes of chocolate and vanilla will be the most pronounced when consumed fresh.
Hoarders & Reserve Exclusive
- Black Tuesday Spicy Island - Black Tuesday Spicy Island was inspired by our Bruers' love for kicking back and sipping classic Tiki Drinks. Treated with habanero and pineapple, this imperial stout earns you a one way ticket to Spicy Island. First unveiled at the 2018 Black Tuesday Party and a Society favorite. Cheers to Ten years of Tuesdays.
The rest of the Black Tuesday Box (2019) and (2020) beers are available too. - Black Tuesday Huckleberry and Tahitian Vanilla Bean - Brewed exclusively for the Tasting Rooms, this Black Tuesday one-off was dosed heavily with huckleberries and vanillas beans for a wonderful finish.
Available starting 10.23

- Gray Monday (2019) - Grey Monday began years ago as a concoction for a molecular gastronomy dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. This treatment of our already popular stout was an instant hit both among the restaurant diners and our own staff, begging to be brewed again. Now it makes any Monday more palatable. This revered version of our infamous Black Tuesday is aged in barrels with ridiculous amounts of Oregon-grown hazelnuts. This addition lends velvety, nutty ripples and even more depth to our decadent bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout.
