The perfect dessert sour
Like the dazzling and deep flavors of pies and tarts surrounding us over the holidays, Pumpkin Tart has a lot going on. This dark sour was foeder-aged, fermented on pumpkins and finished with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and toasted coconut. It's the perfect dessert sour.
This is a small-batch beer you won't find outside our tasting room. Quantities are limited.
