This is Eccentric Collaboration Ale 2020 and it will be and ale brewed with honey, nutmeg, ginger, Vietnamese cinnamon, dried apricot, orange zest, rice hulls, cherries and fruitcake that is aged in Brandy barrels with dried pitted dates and raisins, This complicated brew hits 8.5%-AbV and the friutcake used in the beer comes from a monastery in Oregon. You’re looking at the 12oz bottle and stay tuned for release timing.
