Boulevard Adding Smooth Fuzz Peach Sour Ale

Smooth Fuzz with Peaches

Smooth Fuzz is a beautifully complex marriage of two golden saisons aged in wine puncheons, wine barrels, and two foeders. After they had some time to get to know each other, we did a secondary fermentation with 8,000 pounds of fresh peaches, and 8-14 additional months in oak barrels. Tart and funky, sweet and sticky, enjoy this Peach Sour Ale that highlights a mixed fermentation character provided by our house lactobacillus and brettanomyces cultures.
