The Bruery Adding Pie Happy, The Spice, Black Is Beautiful & Still Vindictive Collaboration

The Bruery Adding Pie Happy, The Spice & Still Vindictive CollaborationThis morning I have your first peek at some new beers and collaborations coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. 2020 Pie Happy will be an ale (Anniversary Ale) aged in Bourbon barrels with apples, vanilla and spices added that hits 16.5%-AbV. The Spice Provisions With Chef Brooke Williamson will be an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with cacao nibs, vanilla beans and thyme (from Brooke’s garden)added that will slice in at 10.2%-AbV. I’ve also added in Still Vindictive collaboration with The Fableist. The beer starts with Black Tuesday that is fermented with Paso Robles Malbec grapes from the Fableist; it is then cross-aged in French & American oak, Apple Brandy barrels and Bourbon barrels for 18-months.  The resulting beer will hit 15.8%-AbV. These are all 750ml bottles and stay tuned for full 2020 release details. I’ve also added in Black Is Beautiful imperial stout (10%-AbV, 16oz cans).
