This morning I have your first look at some new bottles coming from Allagash Brewing in Portland, ME. Bijoux will remain a sour ale that is aged for 18-months in oak barrels, then an additional 4-months on Mission and Golden figs. The beer hits 9.4%-AbV and this is the 375ml bottle. I’ve also added in the latest 12oz bottles for Tripel Belgian-style golden ale (9%-AbV), Curieux Belgian-style golden ale aged in Bourbon barrels (10.2%-AbV, 12oz bottles) and Barrel & Bean Bourbon barrel-aged golden ale blended with cold-brewed coffee (9.6%-AbV).
