Join us this Saturday at our south Corvallis Tap Room for the release of Turbulent Consequence, Bing in 500mL bottles, and a fresh batch re-release of Fresca Pils in 16oz cans.
As always, our fridges are stocked from top to bottom with seasonal, one-off, and year-round beers in cans and bottles, vintage selections from our cellar, and our drive-thru sales remain the only opportunity for you to replenish your kegerator with corni-fills and kegs.

Please note, the release of Red, White & BOOM! that we had previously announced has been postponed. More information will be coming soon.

Turbulent Consequence, Bing blends barrels matured for up to 3 years in our wild cellar, including 1.5 years on Bing Cherries from the Cherry Country.
Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium, including a multi-step turbid mash, innoculation with resident flora in our wild cellar's coolship, and spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation in oak barrles. Mature barrels are then used in various blends throughout the year.
