We're so excited to be releasing a beer from the very first round of R&D fermentation on our new Scratch Lab. This hazy IPA was fermented with Voss Kveik yeast, then dry-hopped with Simcoe, Galaxy and HBC 692. The profile is very juicy, with notes of overripe mango, orange zest and tropical fruit and a backdrop of Juicy Fruit bubblegum. It's been a hit with our brewers, and we're hoping to follow this path to a new release. 6.3% ABV. It's certainly one of the smallest batches of beer we've ever released, and we don't expect it to last. If you'd like a taste, order a crowler at troegs.com/curbside. Pickup is open til 7 p.m.
