This morning we have some new sour big bottles coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC: Coffee Sour is brewed with cacao and vanilla (6.8%-AbV, 2019), Kviek Stout is an imperial stout brewed with High Noon cold brew coffee and cacao (8.5%-AbV, 2020), Oude Brett Saison Volume Two (6.4%-AbV, 2019), Sour Blonde refermented on Cotton Candy grapes (7.2%-AbV, 2019), Golden Foeder Ale aged on orange peel and cherries (8.5%-AbV, 2019), Tropical Sour aged on toasted coconut and pineapple (8.5%-AbV), Flanders Red sour red ale (5.8%-AbV, 2019), Pink Lemonade sour session ale brewed with raspberries, lemon peel and lemongrass (4.2%-AbV, 12oz cans), Saison Du Coin sour ale refermented with wild yeast from Malbec grapes (7.9%-AbV, 2019, 750ml bottles) & Sour Red Ale with cherries and boysenberries (6.2%-AbV, 2019). These are all 750ml bottles and stay tuned for full release info.
