Coachella Valley Brewing (CVB) is proud to announce our new Head Brewer, Eric Beaton. Eric, formerly with Hanger 24 Craft Brewing, brings with him a wealth of craft brewing experience and knowledge but more importantly the passion and devotion needed to create exceptional craft beer. Having worked in every aspect of beer production at Hanger 24, from the packaging line, to the brew deck, to managing the entire brewing team, Eric is well suited to take the reins of CVB.
“I'm really fired up to be joining the Coachella Valley team! We share a passion for making top notch innovative brews that incorporate local ingredients.” – Eric Beaton
We are as fired up as he is about crafting unique and creative beers, so expect to see some new and exciting offerings at CVB as Eric gets acquainted with our equipment, legacy beers and leverages our new canning line to create new “Desert Beers to Go”, new beers for all occasions for our customers to enjoy!
