This morning we get our first peek at a new collaboration beer coming from Boulevard Brewing in Kansas City, MO. This is Bix Blueberry Ox and it will be a collaboration with The Bruery in Placentia, CA. The beer will be a wild saison ale brewed with 8,000-pounds of whole blueberries that is fermented with both Belgian and wild yeasts. Big Blueberry Ox will spend 14-months in an oak foeder before being packaged in 750ml bottles. Look for this First Fridays Collection beer to hit 10%-AbV and stay tuned for 2020 release details.
