From Tröegs:
The vitality of a perfect hop combination pops in a modern pale ale. For Scratch #397, we built a juicy backbone with the stone fruit notes of Azacca and the bright bubblegum of Mosaic. Citra adds waves of passionfruit and grapefruit, and Idaho 7 balances with hints of soft white pine. Fermentation with Liberty yeast is the proverbial cherry on top, adding a light, delicate layer of fruity esters. We taste: juicy citrus, stone fruit and soft pine. 5.5% ABV. A limited run of 16-oz. cans, draft and growler fills available starting today at our Hershey brewery.
