This morning we have a new bottle coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. Bierbara 5.0 will remain a Belgian-style quadrupel ale aged in Bourbon barrels with Syrah grapes and spices. This version will now see 750ml bottles and it will roll in at 15.4%-AbV. The beer is a collaboration with Third Window Brewing and it is inspired by the traditional Christmas dish called Burbara. Stay tuned for release details. I’ve also added in the latest packaging for Mélange No 1 70% Flemish-style red ale aged in oak barrels and 30% imperial stout age din Bourbon barrels (750ml bottles, 12.2%-AbV). 1 & Black Tuesday imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels (19.4%-AbV, 750ml bottles coming 10/29).
