Wicked Weed Adding 2019 Dark Arts VariantsThis morning we have some new 2019 Dark Arts variants coming from Wicked Weed in Asheville, NC.  The first is fermented with Brettanomyces and aged for over a year in Port wine barrels and Tennessee Whiskey barrels and then it is aged on Mountain Air Roasters coffee (14.5%-AbV, 500ml bottles).  The next variant is North Carolina’s first beer to reach 15%-AbV legal cap.  It will be an imperial stout fermented with Brettanomyces and aged for over a year in Tennessee Whiskey barrels and Port wine barrels (15%-AbV, 500ml bottles).  Stay tuned for release info.
