This morning we have some new 2019 Dark Arts variants coming from Wicked Weed in Asheville, NC. The first is fermented with Brettanomyces and aged for over a year in Port wine barrels and Tennessee Whiskey barrels and then it is aged on Mountain Air Roasters coffee (14.5%-AbV, 500ml bottles). The next variant is North Carolina’s first beer to reach 15%-AbV legal cap. It will be an imperial stout fermented with Brettanomyces and aged for over a year in Tennessee Whiskey barrels and Port wine barrels (15%-AbV, 500ml bottles). Stay tuned for release info.
