Find this first on mybeerbuzz.com: Today we have a new collaboration can coming from Surly Brewing in Brooklyn Center, MN. This is Nøkken and it will be a dry-hopped Scandinavian-style farmhouse ale age don Birch wood with honey added. The beer will be a collaboration with Denver, CO’s TRVE Brewing and the beer will hit 9.3%-AbV. This is the 16oz can and stay tuned for release info.
This 11 July 2019 update from Surly:
Craft beer has always been about the hops, and in recent years that emphasis has only heightened: Single hop IPAs, experimental varieties, otherwise normal people with jobs and families who get into heated arguments about the merits of Citra vs. Mosaic on the internet where other people can see it.
That’s why we’d like to talk to you today about…yeast. And doom metal. And our latest BC Small Batch release.
I’ve also added the non-collaboration TRVE Apricot Crypt farmhouse ale with Colorado apricots (5.7%-AbV, 16oz cans) & Tunnel Of Trees IPA (7%-AbV, 16oz cans with removeable label for recycling).
