Upland Brewing Rind & Preservado Coming To New American Series Bottles
This morning we get to see several new bottles coming to the New American Series from Upland Sour Ales in Bloomington, IN.  Preservado is a barrel-aged fruited sour ale aged on tangerine zest, salted limes and pink grapefruit.  This beer begins life as Upland Basis Lambic-style bale ale, and two variations (one aged in Tequila barrels 10months) are blended  The resulting blend will hit 6.3%-AbV and it was packaged in 500ml bottles in April 2018.  We also have Rind barrel-aged spiced sour ale aged in coriander, orange zest and chamomile.  This beer has elements of Upland’s wheat ale and it will be aged 12-months in oak barrels.  Rind will also hit 6.3%-AbV and it was also package din 500ml bottles in April 2018.  Stay tuned for release info.
