Off Color Brewing in Chicago,
IL.
Chicxulub will be an experimental malt beverage with roasted cocoa nibs, molasses, marshmallow, graham flour, Guajilo peppers, ancho peppers & cayenne peppers. The beer hits 10.5%-AbV & 40 IBU and it is colored with titanium dioxide. This is the 750ml bottle. We also have
Polar S’moretex a beer to commemorate the polar vortex on Jan 30th 2019. This malt beverage uses Nugget hops and it will hit 14.3%-AbV & 40 IBU. This is the 8.5oz bottle. Stay tuned for
