Announcing The BrewDog Distilling Co.

asdFrom BrewDog:

Yesterday we revealed something worth taking notice of on April 1st – the fact that for the next few days we are rocking a pre-PunkAGM BrewDog News Week. For the first time, we are giving you some of the key lowdown points from James and Martin’s Business Talk before it takes place. You can fully sync with some of the epic projects and developments on Planet BrewDog in 2019 (and beyond) before they are announced. Today we have the first – a new lease of life for BrewDog spirits.

The BrewDog Distilling Co. is here.

Under The BrewDog Distilling Co. umbrella we will be launching some incredible new spirits at our AGM, then building on this portfolio with further new additions over the rest of 2019 and beyond. We are bringing all of our work and knowledge to a head under one roof – as we do with the distilling process at the heart of it all. And the focus of our new spirits company? Quality. Quality. Quality. Making amazing hand crafted spirits that we love.

Our dedicated team distil everything from scratch. When you are as obsessed by quality as we are, nobody else gets to make the base spirit – we go from grain to glass in one location. No shortcuts. Our drinkers share our tastes and values, and our desire to change the establishment. And for 2019, our rejuvenated range from The BrewDog Distilling Co. looks like this:-

LoneWolf Gin

With a new look, our flagship gin still delivers a juniper hit in all its uncompromising glory. With 14 botanicals, LoneWolf Gin stands tall with a juniper backbone running alongside notes of lavender, citrus and resinous pine needles. This gin has become our obsession, as we hope it will become yours.

Zealot’s Heart Gin

Made by zealots for zealots, our 44% ABV gin breaks cover this year. Heavenly botanicals of juniper berry, citrus, pepper and spice wind through the new small-batch gin from The BrewDog Distilling Co. 100% grain to glass, this heady affliction will drive you to kneel before the Zealot’s Heart.

Rogue Wave Vodka

When it comes to going rogue – One-Armed Alex wrote the book. Cousin of our co-founder James, he dived head first into life after the worst of days at sea. As a tribute to him, we created this pure vodka. Crisp, clean and filtered only once to keep its soul, like Alex, this is uncompromising sweet rebellion. A man – and a vodka – you won’t forget.

Boilermaker Series

Our amazing team of distillers have collaborated with a trio of leading spiritmakers from the UK and Europe on this new union. The Boilermaker Series sees brewing and distilling come together as they should with three limited-edition whiskies designed to be paired with our favourite BrewDog craft beer. Amplified flavour at every turn. As a true Boilermaker should be.

That’s not all. In the near future The BrewDog Distilling Co. will be bringing you authentic spiced rum by distilling white rum spirit and ageing with botanicals on oak. Plus we will be reclaiming Scotch for the people who believe (like us) that whisky isn’t made to gather dust. You don’t need to be able to recite the five different whisky regions of Scotland to enjoy it. Our whisky is made our way and to our rules.

The BrewDog Distilling Co. breaks cover very soon – check back for the first of the new releases and be sure and check out the blog tomorrow for another huge announcement from our pre-PunkAGM News Week.
