Brooklyn Brewery - The Worshipful Company of Brewers Part XX: Nick RomeoFrom Brooklyn Brewery:

The Worshipful Company of Brewers is once again upon us. The charter of this sanctified league dictates that each member of the Brooklyn Brewery brewing team will design and create a batch of his or her own draft-only beer, to be served exclusively at the Brewery Tasting Room until the last drop has been squeezed from the taps.

Beer #20: Come All You Weary
Style: English Dark Mild
ABV: 3.4%
Notes: A true winter shift beer, with notes of biscuit, light chocolate, fresh oak, toffee, and fruit from traditional English yeast.
Availability: Friday, January 4 until it’s gone.

WCOB Nick 1 edit

Brewer # 20: Nick Romeo
Age: 27
Started at Brooklyn Brewery: January 4, 2016 (yes, exactly three years before his beer is released)
Favorite Hangout: Folksbier & Owl Farm
Musical Leanings: Long Island singer-songwriters, second wave emo, plenty of other bands that would make him sound more in touch but are less fun to sing along to
Brewer’s Notes: Come All You Weary is brewed to be drank at the end of a long, hard day of work, particularly for those putting in the effort to pursue their passions. Brewers especially come to mind, but anyone who knows how it feels to work around the clock to take pride in their labors should hopefully find rest, respite and reward in the embrace of Come All You Weary. Dark and complex enough to be thoughtful, clean and dry to stay refreshing, and above all, one to be shared with those who understand our works and beliefs.
