Today we have another new can (yes a can) coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. This is Wit The Funk and it will be a tart wheat beer brewed with orange peel and coriander and fermented with wit yeast, brettanomyces and the Bruery Terreux house mixed culture. The resulting beer is aged in oak foeders and packaged in 16oz cans. This beer will hit 5.4%-AbV and stay tuned here for 2019 release details.
