From Troegs:
We’re once again going for a soft and pillowy yet super-dry Brut IPA. The baseline canvas is Hornindal Kveik yeast, pitched at a higher-than-typical temperature to bring out overripe pineapple notes. The big change for this take is in the dry hops: Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon, and Experimental No. 06297. The Hallertau Blanc brings notes of white grape, the Huell Melon contributes notes of — you guessed it — melon, and 06297 elicits orange coconut notes last seen in our Orangerine DIPA. We taste: melon, delicate grapes, orange. Draft and growler fills now available in our Tasting Room
