From Troegs:
Scratch #344 continues where our last trio of hop-forward releases left off. We’re sticking with the same backbone of locally produced rustic pale malt, wheat, and silky-smooth oats. The change-up this time comes with the introduction of Liberty Ale yeast to accentuate the hop bill with amplified fruity esters and a hint of tartness. Dry-hopping with Citra and Mosaic coax aromas of orange, grapefruit and melon, while El Dorado hops in the kettle lend a touch of spicy pear. Draft and growler fills now available in the Tasting Room. #ScratchBeer
