From Troegs:
Scratch #345 is a continuation of the recent progress we’ve made with dry-hopping. We’re digging the direction these hoppy beers have been taking: soft in body and bitterness but plenty of clean hop flavors and aromas. Sticking with our backbone of local Rustic Pale malt, we’ve altered the hop combo to bump up the red berry, citrus and fruity notes but dial back the floral nuances. Double dry-hopping with Chinook, El Dorado, Mosaic and Simcoe releases a complex blend of sweet-tart jam, tangy orange and juicy pear. Draft and growler fills now available in our Tasting Room. #ScratchBeer
