Second Self's Molé Porter Returns in Bolder, Spicier Form

Second Self's Molé Porter Returns in Bolder, Spicier FormFrom Second Self:

Second Self Beer Company, the nationally recognized craft brewery based in Atlanta, Georgia, introduces a bolder version of beloved seasonal Molé Porter, to be released on draft and in cans this October.

Crafted to be enjoyed throughout fall and winter, Molé Porter is inspired by Cofounder Jason Santamaria’s family recipe of Oaxacan molé sauce and has been a staple of Second Self’s seasonal line-up. This year, the beer is being made with bolder and more robust flavors featuring California, pasella, and chipotle chiles with greater quantities of cinnamon, cloves, and cocoa nibs. The ingredients come together to create a unique and distinctive chocolate porter. Pairings for Molé Porter include pork or beef tacos, stews and chilis, gruyere cheese, and chocolate desserts.

Second Self’s Molé Porter can be purchased on draft or in cans from October through May at their Westside tasting room (1317 Logan Circle NW) and in shops, bars, and restaurants throughout Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina.
