Perennial Artisan Ales & Jolly Pumpkin Collaborate On La Consecha

Here’s another new collaboration beer, and today it comes from Perennial Artisan Ales.  This is La Cosecha and it is a collaboration with Ron Jeffries from Jolly Pumpkin.  The beer is brewed with Vienna malt, unmalted wheat and flaked oats and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain.  The beer is then aged in French oak barrels for 9-months (and an additional 3-months with 1500 pounds of fresh Missouri peaches).  This is the 750ml bottle and the beer will hit 6.2%-AbV.
