HEART OF THE UNIVERSE IPA (COLLAB W/ FIRESTONE WALKER)
We joined forces with the beer-mages at Firestone Walker to summon this level-20 flavor beast from the most empyrean realms of dankness. Stacked with a blend of German & American hops including Mosaic, Calista, & Mandarina Bavaria and fermented with Firestone’s house yeast, this new-wave IPA sports bright, crisp notes of ripe citrus, tropical fruit, and candied peach.

STRATOS DIPA (COLLAB W/ ALVARADO STREET)
We teamed up with the beer ninjas over at Alvarado Street Brewery to cook up this massively flavorful hazy DIPA. Fermented with Sacc Trois and NEIPA yeast and dry-hopped with 4.5 lbs-per-barrel of Motueka & Mosaic, this beer emerged with big tangerine aroma and huge flavors of nectarine, accented by subtle tropical character.

SEA OF TRANQUILITY
This spectacle of refreshment is what happens when you ramp up a Berliner-style weisse to boss-level and pack it to the rafters with yumberries, cherries, and raspberries. And no, we didn’t make up “yumberries”; they’re totally a real thing. Prepare your body and mind for a tart, massively quaffable fruit fiesta that could not be better suited to summer diversions.

This consummately lovely beer is a part of Siren Craft Brew’s Rainbow Project, which pairs breweries from the U.K. with other brewers the world over to create beers inspired by colors of the rainbow. It’s a super rad project, and we’re incredibly stoked to both be part of it and to be paired with the excellent folks at Hawkshead Brewing. Together, we created a funky, red & white wine barrel-aged saison, fermented with wild yeast we cultured from local loganberries and racked onto 1800 pounds of fresh Katy apricots. It’s a fruity, complex, and unstoppably refreshing tribute to our designated color, and we couldn’t be more psyched for you to try it.

DRUID HEIGHTS

CONGO NORTH KIVU COLD BREW COFFEE
Hailing from the North Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, this natural-process coffee was grown between 1500-1800 meters by farmers for the Kawa Kabuya Cooperative. It’s seriously magical as a cold brew, with delightful notes of black cherries and chocolate wrapped in a smooth, silky mouthfeel.

THE PROMETHEUS EFFECT (750 mL)
The newest iteration of the liquid marvel known as The Prometheus Effect is a blend of two saisons, both aged in the terracotta vessels for 10 weeks. - While the rest of the sale has the standard 2-month pick-up window (ending 10/12/2018), the pick-up window for Heart of the Universe and Stratos is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 9/16/2018. No exceptions.
