Breakside Brewery - Thirst Trap

I live the name, so today you get to see a new bottle coming from Breakside Brewery in Portland, OR.  This is Thirst Trap and it is a hazy IPA that uses a “savage 3 hop blend.”  The beer hits 6.4%-AbV and you’re looking at the 22oz bottle.  We also have Ziggurat Sour ale aged in oak and Gin barrels with brettanomyces (6.9%-AbV, 15 IBU, 16.9oz bottles), Coming Out Party IPA (7.8%-AbV), Sour Quiesence mixed culture ale aged in Archery Summit Pinot Noir wine barrels and blended from 13 casks brewed in Nov 2017, The Mountains Of Instead winter ale aged in apple Brandy barrels (9.5%-AbV, 24 IBU, 12oz cans) and Sour wood-aged sour beer with raspberries (6.6%-AbV, 12oz cans).imageimageimageimageimage
