This is Smothered in Hugs from Dogfish Head in Milton, DE.  It’s only a keg label, but the beer is a Russian imperial stout brewed with raspberries, cocoa and vanilla.  Look for this beer to hit 10%-AbV.  We also have 4th & Gold golden ale brewed with grapefruit peel and spices.Dogfish Head 4th & Gold
