From Troegs:
We’ve done a little fine-tuning to the Fest Lager we’ve been working on. This time around, we opted for floral and herbal Hallertau Tradition hops. Brewed using a conventional technique of boiling the mash to introduce robust caramel flavors, Scratch #324 is full-bodied and rich with plenty of toasty and sweet malty goodness you’d expect to find in a Fest lager. We taste: caramel, toasted bread, dried stone fruit
Draft and growler fills now available in the Tasting Room.
