From Hill Farmstead:
On Weds., May 16, we'll debut two brand new beers!
• Civil Disobedience 24
This iteration in our series of blended barrel-aged Farmstead® ales is a careful curation of various threads from our barrel cellar. This includes the debut, albeit in blended form, of the soon-to-be-released Sante Adairius “Residency” beers; Works of Love: Farm Ghosthands; Brother Soigné; Edith; Arthur; Florence; and Biere de Norma. Golden amber in color, complex and delicate, this continues our tradition of a non-blonde offering on every fourth entry in the series. 750ml.
• Civil Disobedience—Persimmon
For this small, unique batch, we blended and aged George and Arthur in a bourbon barrel for nine months, and then further aged the blend atop fresh, local persimmons sourced by nearby Elmore Roots Nursery. 375ml.
Please visit our bottle release page, http://hillfarmstead.com/bottle-release, for bottle limits and pricing information (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy, bit.ly/hfbbottlerelease).
We'll also have fresh cans of Double Galaxy and a new batch of Brother Soigné!
