From Hill Farmstead:
On Weds., May 2, we are pleased to release a brand new batch of Barrel-Aged Dorothy!
Dorothy was our grandfather's sister—and the name for our dry-hopped Farmstead® pale ale, crafted from American malted barley, malted wheat, New Zealand and American hops, our distinctive yeast blend and water from our well. In her honor, we aged the base beer in wine barrels. After a year conditioning in wine barrels, it is now ready for release.
Please visit our bottle release page, http://hillfarmstead.com/bottle-release, for bottle limits and pricing information (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy, bit.ly/hfbbottlerelease).
We'll also have fresh cans of both Double Citra and Conduct of Life!
Check out hillfarmstead.com for a complete list of what's available in the bottle shop and tasting room!
