This morning we have another Fruit Wood Time beer coming from Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This version uses Montmorency & Balaton Cherry and it is a blend of 50% 2-year old wine barrel-aged sour ale and 50% 2-year old foeder-aged wild ale. The beer is refermented on fruit after blending for 6-months in new oak foeders. This is the 16.9oz bottle and the beer hits 5.9%-AbV.
