Tasting Notes:
With a medium to full body, amber hue, and thin off-white head with great lacing, this brew will have you mesmerized even before first sip. The array of hop flavors and aromas (which vary each year with the beer’s hop bill) accented by notes of charred oak, vanilla, and caramelized sugar, balance its warming 13.1% ABV. Best served in a snifter so the complex flavors can emerge as it warms.
